Okay.. back to the Parade..Will you please share this with your kiddos.... All students who want to be going need to be there NO LATER THAN 4:30 as they will take on right at 4:45. There will be 3 Vehicles the kids can load up where they want but there are some rules.. We do want them in their shirts. ( those that are AL kids are encouraged to have a shirt under or with them to change) Like all Jr. Jacket rules. Behave yourself, be engaged, that means hollering and cheering and interacting with the audience we are showering with candy. It is a short round but it feels long when you have been hollering.. Its important to keep at it. CANDY.. Big rule...WE do not throw it into the street, but far enough that it reaches the curbs.. We don't want any kiddos running into the street. Anyone who doesn't do this responsibility will be denied opportunity to toss more. When it comes to pick up.
When the parade is over. Some students will be heading into the game, others home. A middle school student has to be escorted by an adult. Preferably theirs into the game. So please plan on meeting them in WILSON PARKING lot afterwards to collect your child. Any kids left over will make it hard for those of us getting to the concession stands for our next job of the night. 😉
